We are seeking an energetic professional Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team. In this position, you will help our business grow through value-based conversations while providing a remarkable customer experience. CSR duties include helping customers by providing product information (via phone & email), processing customer orders and payments, providing shipment updates and handling inquiries in a timely fashion. Strong interpersonal, and communication skills are required. The position reports to the Customer Service Manager.


  • Process customers’ orders
  • Provide information about the products
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely fashion
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products
