Reporting to the Director of Operations North America, Manufacturing Operations Manager will be one of the key players in the company's organizational culture, promoting teamwork within a very open management framework. The position is based in Bradenton, Florida
· Implement a performance culture based on KPIs in accordance with the company's objectives, values and guidelines;
· Identify and propose areas for improvement and manage change management;
· Implement plans and programs that address, among other things, quality, productivity, production cost optimization, capacity increase and team mobilization in order to achieve the set objectives;
· Participate in the preparation of the annual operating and investment budget for the plant and ensure its sound management;
· Get involved in the various plant and company committees (OHS - Labour Relations - Quality).
Skills sought
· Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or operations management or other relevant training;
· Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role;
· Strong skills in work planning and organization, implementation of best practices in operations and change management;
· Ability to manage, mobilize and develop work teams;
· Excellent leadership and managerial courage;
· Very good communication skills;
· Dynamic and hands-on;
· Proactive and results-oriented approach;
· Proficient with the Office Suite;
· Conversational Spanish a plus.
